Mad River Title Agency The agency is locally owned by attorney Anthony M. Edwards who also provides legal services through Anthony M. Edwards Law, LLC.
Mad River Title Agency began in 1989, providing reliable title examinations, title insurance, settlement and escrow services and offering residential, commercial, refinance, and 1031 tax deferred exchange closings. Our title insurance underwriters are Stewart Title Guaranty Company and First American Title Insurance Company.
We regularly provide our services for Logan, Champaign, Hardin, Shelby, Auglaize, and Union County properties. We also provide services for properties located in Clark, Madison, Miami, and other counties upon request. We look forward to working with you.
